Law professor: glaring issues with the NRA’s bankruptcy filing, could cause massive financial trouble for lapierre and get the organization stuck under New York’s thumb.
Nothing like double standards. The same lawmakers that vigorously promote social distancing enacted legislation making it harder to get a carry permit by eliminating online courses from acceptable forms of training, leaving them to have to do it in person.
Rep. Tim Ryan reported this week that, on an inauguration security call with the Secret Service, Peolosi was “very, very concerned” about lawmakers and guests bringing firearms to the ceremony, and wants them to be screened.
Rachel Monroe of Wired released a story this week titled “I am not a soldier, but I have been trained to kill,” complaining that a “sprawling tactical industry is teaching American civilians how to fight like Special Ops forces.”
A new article from Shooting Illustrated poses an interesting question: what do all the new shooters mean for our gun rights? It’s a good question, but it’s certainly an opportunity for us in the community to do some good.
We talked before about the Office of the Comptroller of Currency’s banking fairness rule. It’s gone through, and it has lots of potential to alleviate some of the strains big banks have put on disfavored, but lawful businesses in the US.
